Evolve is a sustainable multi-use community that supports the needs we share as human beings to benefit, grow and learn from uniting together as one. This community was created with a higher purpose in mind; to safely serve its residents and visitors of all ages in ways that enable a better quality of life and higher sense of satisfaction, while contributing to their health and well-being.  Passive design techniques such as, green retrofitting, passive solar gains and net-zero energy coupled with the U.S. Building Council’s LEED rating system provide the framework for healthy, efficient and cost-saving initiatives.  This community supports social integrity and takes responsibility for the carbon footprint that humans often possess as Earth's resources are carelessly used. The decisions that we make each day ultimately affect the health and longevity of our planet.  It's an interior designer’s duty to develop interior environments that promote stakeholder and planetary health and are not solely for the purpose of creating aesthetically pleasing spaces.
