Sentido – Contract Studio Spring 2021

Jose Andres’ ThinkFoodGroup plans to use this new restaurant in the Historic Tribeca neighborhood to merge two of their unique restaurant concepts into one space, uniting the community and stimulating the local economy in one location through their signature restaurant and FastGood dining experiences. Sentido strives “To Change the World Through the Power of Food,” by directly addressing Food Insecurity in NYC, as it has grown to be a more rampant issue during the COVID-19 pandemic. The dining experiences at Sentido vary greatly based on which type of experience you desire, but both levels of the restaurant highlight a multi-sensory experience and integrate biophilic patterns into their design. Sentido is sustainably conscious from what is on our plate to what is on the walls.
