Flexible, changeable, and comprehensive are the main characteristics of commercial complexes in modern society. Now that speed of people’s life is getting faster and faster, electronics equipment and artificial intelligence are beginning to get into every aspect of people's lives. People shop online, order food online, and the Internet became to be so important. If people want to go out for some entertainment or purchasing items, where would they go to meet all these needs? The answer is pretty sure, the commercial complex. For the purpose of saving time and cost, the emergence of commercial complexes seems to have become a necessary result. Large complex shopping malls can always provide convenience to the surrounding residents. On the question of the impact of the thesis on the community, I think there are many common grounds. Interior design is an art that explores the environment, behavior, aesthetics, economy, etc., and my thesis is a project focused on bringing people a new experience, so as to achieve the dual goals of attracting people and bringing economic benefits.

My thesis explores the space of culinary arts, arts, teaching, the Internet, and digital media. This is a brand-new business model. The goal of this thesis project is to develop and design a culinary center or can be called a cooking school where it can also be a restaurant. During the morning of the workday, it’s a cooking school and also the school has its own online channel of upload video for teaching people who try to find something useful on the internet. During the dinner time and the lunchtime of the weekend, it turns into a restaurant.
